Do my credits ever expire?
No, you can use your purchased credits that day or 30 years down the road. Your credits will NEVER expire.*

HELP SESSION

Do I have to install anything on my computer to have one of your technician’s remote into my computer?
No, you will need to download a small file and click on “Run” twice when prompted. Nothing is permanently installed on your computer.
Do I lose control over my computer while a technician is helping me?
No, you have full over- riding privileges at all times.
If I have no internet connection can a technician fix my computer?
No, our technicians are able to access your computer only through internet access.
 

SERVICES

What services do you offer?
We offer all PC repair services as long as you have internet connectivity and the issue is not a fault with the hardware. For example, if your monitor screen is blank and the connections are in place. Most likely this is a fault with the monitor which cannot be repaired through the internet. You will need to contact your local computer repair store.

What are the most common services you perform for your clients?
We regularly fix Virus and Spyware problems (Trojans, worms, etc), perform computer clean up, install software, format Word documents, find formulas for Excel and the list goes on.
What happens if you can’t fix my problem?
Then you don’t have to pay for it. We have a no fix, no pay guarantee.
